I have been a patient at Plum Grove for more than 40 years and I believe they offer the best service in the NW suburbs. I have had three dentists there and they are all outstanding (retirement).
The team always makes every effort to make the visit a pleasant experience.
Sandy, the hygienist, always does an excellent job checking and cleaning my teeth! She is always pleasant and personable, as well. Dr. Bernero comes in to examine my teeth after Sandy completes her work. He is always pleasant and personable. Dr. Bernero has always provided me with excellent dental care when needed! He always gives several alternatives, if available, when dental issues arise. He always works in the best interests of his patients. All aspects of my visit were handled by very professional people and their review of my check-up indicated they did a very thorough examination and explained my option in a very professional manner.
Really like my dental hygienist Lisa. She does very good work and is personable as well as though. Also really like our new dentist Dr. Steve.
Love my hygienist Jill V. whom I have had for many years. She is always very good and though in her work yet personable and interested in each of her patients. While we miss Dr. Harris, we also love our new dentist Dr. Steve.
Dr. Stephen was terrific. Explained everything so that I was completely aware of my “situation”. We are not finished yet and I look forward to my next visit.
