My wife and I just returned from our 6-month visit, and were privileged to be taken care of by Dr. Topalo, Alice and Jamie. They are the best...competent, skillful, friendly, considerate and attentive. And the reception and administrative staff are among the best, also.

I feel so at ease with the professionalism, detailed explanations, and friendliness from the minute I walk in from all of the front office staff, the dentist and hygienist at Plum Grove Dental Center. I never feel rushed and the feeling of "we are in this together" is consistent with each staff member. One regret, I wish I would of found you sooner. Thank you for exceed my expectations!!

Very relaxed atmosphere. I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist. Dr. Bernero explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. The dental assistant that I saw (Iris) was excellent. She stayed in the room when we were waiting for Dr. Bernero and talked to me which kept me calm. Great experience.

The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and caring. Lisa was very thorough and gave me an excellent checkup with X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Trunnell gave me an excellent checkup. Everyone showed a very caring attitude towards me during my visit. I have been coming to Plum Grove Dental for over 30 years.
