Well, when a child I'd never have given a dentist even a 0 rating, as I hated going to the dentist. Never a bit of nova Caine except for pulling a tooth, and usually my dad's method, if he could get by with it, was to tie a string to my tooth and attach it to a door and then jerk the door. It resulted in my wanting to kick my dad! With Lisa and Dr. Trunnel dentistry is painless now. Still, not my favorite place to go, however! Lisa, as usual, was great. I have been a patient here since I got married over 40 years ago. The dental team I work with here now (dentist, assistants, hygienist) is the best I have had in all those years. I am very happy with the entire staff including the supporting office crew. My wife was the original patient, and our two children followed as well.
