Does it count that I lived here almost 48 years ago. Got transfered so I had to leave. Liked it here a lot. Young girl moved in next door so we got married and have been ever since.
I've lived here for about a year now and I've been super happy with this place. The staff is super friendly here and the property is super well maintained. The grounds are quiet. Any service call I've placed has been responded to immediately. I just had a new ac installed after my previous one broke and the maintenance guy was a super friendly guy. I just signed a new lease.

Safe, clean, and affordable this perfectly located community offers friendly neighbors and an unparalleled staff. We thoroughly loved living here.
We have lived here since July 2019 and it has been overall a great experience, and the best apartment experience I’ve ever had (have lived in 4 other apartments prior to this one). It has been the same management/maintenance the entire time we have lived here which is a nice change. We know everyone by name and trust them. Dan and Luis are great and if we ever put in a maintenance request it is taken care of extremely fast. In the winter they’re very good at keeping the sidewalks and all parking area cleared.
