Terrible communication. They said they didn't have time for me today after I clearly stated what I needed and had an appointment. They wasted my time, PTO, and money (paid for 4hrs of parking) just to turn around and leave. Would give 0 stars if I could. We saw Eva who worked us in quickly! My daughter was so nervous about getting her long hair cut because she wasn’t sure what she wanted. Eva made sure she was comfortable and magically gave my daughter the perfect hair cut! I’ve been looking for a hair stylist I can actually see regularly and we finally found her! Thanks so much girl!
