They charge around $50 just to do a quote. Took the day off to wait for them to do a site visit, after 4 hours of not hearing anything from them, I called them and was answered by an AI assistant. When I could finally talk to a human, they said they were busy so they cancelled the whole thing. The operator was atleast nice about it and said they could potentially provide a quote without a site visit so I don'thave to waste another full day. I am waiting to hear back about the quote now.
I think Plum is investing in customer service as their guys are absolutely exceptional. Got my Oven installed by Aaron and he is absolutely amazing. Really great customer service, he even put a tile back in place left out by another company on another install. He also fixed up the messy cabling from that prior install (not Plum) without charge.
