I think Plum is investing in customer service as their guys are absolutely exceptional. Got my Oven installed by Aaron and he is absolutely amazing. Really great customer service, he even put a tile back in place left out by another company on another install. He also fixed up the messy cabling from that prior install (not Plum) without charge.
