Zero stars would be a better option. The bride had been in contact with this shop several times and even paid for arrangements but on the day of the wedding when the mother of the groom arrived to pick up the arrangements the shop had misplaced/lost/confused the wedding/bride for another. Keep in mind the bride had been in earlier the week of the wedding to make another payment so how could it never have been created when she had made payments on her bill. Ruined a big part of my wife's and I's wedding by losing our order and making us accidentally pay for someone else's order thinking we were okay and when time came to pick up they did not have anything for us. Would give zero stars if allowed.

Straight up lost the bride's order. Had to get a bouquet made last minute from somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing.

Zero stars. Worst service ever. Wedding order was never created because the order form was “lost”. Terrible organization on Crystals end.
