Disappointed with the reservation service by the receptionists. 2 receptionist but giving both different comment at different time when checking status. Make people waited for more than 2 hours but still no place and it was not follow sequence based on the list of names written on the paper. The worst place I have seen in the whole world with these reservation service and I thought I was in one of the most advanced state in US.
