We are deeply sorry for your frustration. Our mobile grooming is understaffed at the moment. The groomer we have available for mobile is currently working part time. The days we had you scheduled for were on days she isn't scheduled to work. We'd be more than happy to schedule you for a different day that she is available. We went for the first time today with our Loki. Laura was our groomer and she did an awesome job! Not only did he come out with a great cut she also took time to make him more comfortable! I’ll definitely be returning! *update-Loki had some serious “covid hair don’t care” going on but now that Laura was able to see him again he feels so much better! We love that the staff is also following the guidelines of social distancing and the new drop off/pick up plan made us feel good about going in for this much needed visit. Thanks... read more

My boys had there spa day today. Cooper just got a little touch up (he has a phobia of a full groom - actually passes out) but Teddy got the works! Thank you Hannah Goltz, they are adorable. If you need a groomer she is at Plontzies in Perrysburg. She has the patience of a saint and is so sweet and loving to my babies. Cooper does not make it easy. 😬😳🐶
We recently visited Plontzie’s salon for the first time. I have an 8 month old male husky, and we were interested in mobile grooming. When I called to inquire about mobile services, the woman on the phone informed me that we would need to come in for a 15 minute consultation since he had never been professionally groomed. I have never been so disgusted with service in my life. My aunt and uncle who can no longer groom their dog were looking for someone they thought they could trust their 6 year old Cocker Spaniel with. Boy were they wrong! They specifically asked for a trim, and when the dog was brought out he was scalped. Absolutely zero hair left on his body. All of the hair was removed from in between his pads and now he has irritated, injured pads. Clearly these people need to learn what just a trim means.
