We have had to have a lot of what we think is major plumbing done in our homes this past month. We were referred to Plomero by a mutual friend and Armando and his team have been very good at showing and walking us through the processes. Armando has been very patient and up front with all the work that has had to be done and we appreciate that customer service. So hard to come by in todays world. I am a repeat customer starting 5-6 years ago. This reviews two visits. First visit was to install a new water valve for a refrigerator. Armando and another tech responded the morning after I called, removed the old refrigerator replaced the valve, wiped down the cabinet walls and thoroughly cleaned the floor. Appliance delivery guys had it really easy that afternoon. Second visit was to replace a leaking water heater. Great to work with… fast, professional, friendly and quality work. Trust these guys to get things done and do it the right way. Super reliable too. Explains everything so I understand what needs to be done and why. Great communication too! I scheduled an appointment a week ago after seeing their TV ad. We booked for March 25 between 12–4 PM. At 3:32 PM, March 25, they called to say they couldn’t make it due to a “situation.” I had already canceled other appointments to be home during that window, so it was a complete waste of time. They rescheduled us for the next day, March 26, between 7 AM–12 PM, saying we would be a “priority.” Again, I had to cancel morning errands and appointments to wait for them.
