I have lived at Mallard Lakes Townhome since 2018. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. Many of the amenities such as two car garage, full basement, pool, and very pet friendly are reasons I have chosen to live here. We have two dogs and there is an area for them to play. The staff is amazing. There is open communication between the staff and the residents. The management is always there to help when circumstances change.and help is needed.
