As much as I didn’t want to leave a negative review, what I experienced needs to be shared. Setting aside the technicians themselves—who were very nice—I had a terrible overall experience. I hired them for what should have been a simple job: upgrading my Nest thermostats. When they finished, everything appeared to be working. About an hour later, however, my house had no heat. Wanted to give a huge shout out to Plitnick Oil Our tank froze outside and we lost our heat. I called them and they were here within an hour with a technician in this terrible snowstorm. He got us back up and running. We were Robison customers for years. And recently switched to Plitnick. It’s a Smaller company, prices are fair and on days like this I’m so thankful for their amazing customer service! ‼️

We've been a Plitnick Heating & Air Conditioning customer the last 5 years. This holiday week we woke up to a fuel smell throughout the house and discovered an oil leak in our 50+ year old home storage tank which provides fuel to our furnace. Of course the temps outside were 20 degrees!! We immediately called their service dept and within 90 min they had a service tech person (Pat) here to assess the problem. I'm pretty sure I've used Plitnick for everything at this point - heating, cooling and plumbing and have always loved the company, but a very positive interaction with their plumber Thomas Hill made me realize I need to write a review. Our kitchen sink was leaking and when I called, they were able to send someone right away and Thomas fixed it incredibly fast and much more reasonably priced than I was expecting.
