Central AC problem. Service appointment was quickly obtained through the front office. John C. arrived at the beginning of the service time window and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and answered all of my questions. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you !!! We had a great experience with this company installing our propane tank and connecting it to our pool heater. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the support staff was friendly, responsive, and professional. We received several quotes, but chose them because they were honest, offered a fair price, and are a trusted local business. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs!
I had an HVAC emergency with the unit overflowing and leaking into my bedroom (not their installation) and my friend recommended calling Plitnick and they came within the hour and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! Very fast, efficient and fair. Very grateful!!!
Super helpful, friendly, quick! We've used Plitnick twice since moving to Westchester - once for frozen pipes and once for a water heater replacement. Both times they showed up quickly and on time, and not only did an excellent job, but also took the time to educate on how to avoid future issues. When our water heater broke, the team went above and beyond to help with getting a replacement (including some complicated logistics of picking up the tank) and getting it quickly installed.
