I am leaving three stars because they replied quickly to my request for A/C service, got it fixed and having the replacement part in the tech's truck. Otherwise I am not happy with the price they charged for said part (a 400% markup) and the excessive time the tech took in troubleshooting a problem that was pre-diagnosed on the control board and chose to ignore.

Central AC problem. Service appointment was quickly obtained through the front office. John C. arrived at the beginning of the service time window and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and answered all of my questions. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you !!! We had a great experience with this company installing our propane tank and connecting it to our pool heater. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the support staff was friendly, responsive, and professional. We received several quotes, but chose them because they were honest, offered a fair price, and are a trusted local business. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs!
