Great experience, from the service desk to the mechanic working on my truck. Transparency on everything going on from the diagnostic to the repairs needed. And they are dog friendly. I'll be back for my regular maintenance.
1st time @ Pliler, and going into the Service shop. Caleb and Caleb (the 2 C's 😂) were absolutely phenomenal. They got us right in and fixed.

Thanks Zac and Ricky for answering all my questions! We drive from tyler to longview to get parts for our international fleet now because the parts dept customer service at the international place in tyler needs to be sent to customer service school! Customer service at pliler is awesome!!
