Very poor customer service. We refered a few other neighbours to Plico and several months gone, Plico has not honoured their commitment to reward us. Plus, we got contacted recently by scammers which may indicate their client details got sold online. We tried to contact Plico multiple times about these two situations with no response from them. Sadly, no longer recommend Plico Energy as a serious company and provider. In a few days, will contact and activate Consumer Protection WA.
Great experience from start to finish. Great people very helpful. Love having an app to be able to see the system activity at all times. Getting solar and battery was the best thing I've ever done.
The sales staff were amazing, the whole process was easy and the install process was quick and easy.
I love the VPP concept, and I really do love my batteries. Just quite disappointed with the install. At the time, had to make complaints to get action. My panels didn't work and the wiring was incorrect. I've had my system for 12 months and don't think I would recommend plico to others.
