I have just had my solar panels and battery installed and am happily watching my battery charging. Well over 50% already! Good bye to big Synergy bills! A big thank you to Ali, Aiden, David, Ethan and Enderpeet for doing such a neat and thoughtful installation. It was an absolute pleasure having them here today.
Plico were very patient and addressed all our queries in the lead up to installation. On the installation day, a team of4 or 5 turned up, and within 4 hours, to panels were installed on the roof, batteries installed, switchboard renewed/rebuilt power as being generated. by the end of the day batteries were at 100%, and the house, running on sun power. We are very satisfied Plico customers ad would recommend Bin and his team completely, they were all extremely polite, answered any questions, and cleaned up thoroughly.
Good product terrible service I started the quotation process in September 2025, about 2 weeks after my initial phone consult I decided to go ahead. They told me installation would be end of December 2025. I did the paperwork, all the applications, government loan was approved, sent through my photos of my meter box etc. At this point communication was excellent, I knew what step I was at and what was going to happen next. We've had a great experience with the team at Plico. we signed up for all the rebates and a 20klw Battery system with a new inverter to complement the solar panels already installed. We are now basking in evening heat whist we were prudent with the grid feed beforehand. The installation team were fabulous, helpful, efficient and cheerful. Thanks again all at Plico for making the process enjoyable.
