We had a great initial experience with Plico in terms of both sales and installation. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been a completely different experience. Our system developed a fault over three months ago, which we suspected from the beginning was a battery issue. Despite reporting it at the time, not once has anyone attended our property to properly fault-find the system. Have been waiting since the 10/09/2026 for information regarding a payout figure and a direct debit change. Emails, phone calls, all with no response. Maybe I will cancel the existing direct debit and see if that works! Do you mean like this email enquiry??
Highly recommend PLICO for home battery storage! Nicholas Harvey & Team did an outstanding job setting up our new AlphaESS Hybrid Inverter & Battery & Blackout Protection at meter board.
Even though there were rain interruptions, the three guys just worked tirelessly through the day and completed the job on the day. No fuss advised me the couple of times they needed to turn the power off and gave me five minutes warning. They were great.
It's been an absolute roller coaster here. In summary: I waited 7 months for the install. There were a few set backs, and I finally got fully installed in Aug 2026. Plico were very helpful with my dodgy electrical box. The whole solar system has been running great since then. There were some hiccups last weekend when I had to reset the whole system but Plico walked me through that perfectly.
