InstAlation was long and now we have lost our hws plus our system is down rang plico numerous times to no answer very dissapointed to say the least happy to take your money no after care service have 5 foster kids no hot water or solar Nearly 2 weeks on no communication from pilco still not working they have our money in full and arnt helping disgraceful pilco
6 months after signing a contract for a home battery and joining a VPP, I am still waiting for a battery! Plico have stopped all communication via email or phone call.
ZERO STARS!!! THEY SEEM TO BE MAJOR FRAUDS!!! 6 months ago I gave 5 stars for the polite, informative, detailed and extremely responsive process of detailing my proposal for solar panels, inverter and batteries with Jasmine Gosney at Plico. Jasmine did provide amazing service over the busy holiday period to ensure my agreement was ready before any cuts in gov rebates kicked in. Completely satisfied with the battery installation and service.
EDIT: The plasterer attempted to paint 3 times. All up there is barely a total of 1 complete coat of paint 13/8/25 First started process of hiring Plico for my solar. This day and the coming days I would be asked repeatedly the same questions (Like photo's of my switchboard, power bills, my name etc) by multiple different people despite already answering these questions and providing those photos.
