Hello, Can someone from your account’s department PLEASE reply to my emails!! Our house is sold, we are shifting interstate Thursday and I do not have any more time to waste sitting on the phone on hold to Plico. I have been waiting since 19/08 for an email reply from Angel from your accounts department with an invoice to buy out our battery system before we move. Thanks, Ashleigh Shilling

It is a great service when and only when you can get to speak to the support team.
Fast friendly and responsive service
Initial contact and process was very positive. With the change to the rebates, I was no longer in a position to proceed. This was all agreed in the original contract. Trying to contact them and go through the cancellation was a nightmare. Their general call number was the only one available and they took forever to call back. After more than a month I have eventually benn refunded. This makes me concerned about their after sales service. I think I dodged a bullet here
