Very poor and confusing after sales service. Being given nothing but the run around. Plico promise one thing but the reality is far from what's promised. Update: I can now advise they have contacted me and now in process of providing support.
Five stars for the ease of access to the product and the pitch, especially my Field Sales rep, Kiri Exelby. I will revise again once the panels are installed and working!
