Customer Support is completely discusting!!! They have no tech support you can reach. NOT by phone or email. Forums don't do any good.
WONDERFUL APP
Was the best in class software, taking upsetting turn. Fingers crossed 2019 is better. Update - 2019 continued the trend of moving away from being a client-server based solution to a streaming application. The co-opting of our users before ever even attempting to monetize the server owners post Plex Pass was an unfortunate business decision. The latest ad-supported streaming services being pushed on our users (not Plex's users) is probably where Plex and I depart and 2020 will continue with Emby. Absolutely loved this produc... read more
