Great Experience with Dr Jacob very informative and great location
This place is a joke! I have called every month first thing in the morning to get an appointment, I don’t have my options due to the insurance that I have and I was told this place was “the best” to go! WRONG. The woman who answers the phone is rude and she has no bedside manners AT ALL! I will NEVER go here for my optometry needs! I’ve called and left numerous messages to make an appointment and I never get a call back.
Absolutely professional office. Dr Plett is the best hands down best optometrist I’ve ever seen. Literally lol. Knows his stuff! Loved the office staff.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart we had a emergency my husband and I both go to Dr. Bonander have for over 20 years. On sat. We had to take Don my husband to urgent care because are Dr. Had a death in her family and no one could help Don at Genrations. Urgent care couldn't help him because he had metel in his eye from welding . So he refused to go to hospital as they have dug stuff out of his eye before damaging his eye .
