Plena has been life changing for our family. We first called Plena when our son was struggling to get through the day at school and we were at a stand still with figuring out his medication. Their patience, knowledge, and warm environment were exactly what he needed to thrive. Plena worked with his school and our family to put systems into place to help him to be successful. We now have Plena in our back locked and know that whenever he needs help they are always there. We can’t recommend Plena enough.

We ultimately felt that the program’s values and treatment approach did not align with ours. For other parents struggling, don't attend if you want the focus to be heavily behavioral rather than addressing "the whole picture" of our child’s needs (as advertised). Family sessions felt unprepared, and overall communication was inconsistent and scattered. Lots of family phone calls? Thanks to Plena, we got our girl back. :) We are forever grateful to Plena and their entire team. They are kind, patient, and truly committed to each child’s growth—they never give up. It's remarkable to witness how the staff collaborates not only with the child but with the whole family to do what’s best. From clear, compassionate communication to thoughtful day-to-day care, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Today, our daughter is wearing a smile we once feared we might never see again.
