Plena is amazing beyond words. Every member of the staff treats you like a person and a friend instead of just a patient. Tammie may be one of the best providers I've ever had. The office is large, bright, clean, and has a beautiful waiting room (with a great playlist). I am so thankful for the Reddit thread that led me here.
I cannot say enough great things about this place! Melody delivered my daughter. When she started at Plena, I quickly moved my records to her. The office is beautiful and welcoming. Melody doesn't rush thru appointments.....she answers all of my questions and shows genuine concern for all of her patients. I also love that thru their website there is a patient portal. You can send messages directly to your provider or nurse and they are very quick to get back to you. If I could give it more than 5 starts, I would!!!
Tammie is so welcoming and has had such a positive impact on my health. She is always open to answer questions, and never makes me feel silly for any of them. She will take her time to answer everything you need and provides top of the line, full service care. I highly recommend her!
