I started at Pledge during the peak of the pandemic. I felt I had lost myself and needed a place where I could regain my confidence and strength. Coach Ray let me try his gym for a week and I immediately was hooked with his programming and his willingness to modify workouts if I felt any type of pain. Truly a great experience so far. As a mother of 3 children, work and all of the extra activities the kids are signed up for, I found no time to take care of myself. It was easier just to give in and do nothing. I came across a post a friend shared on instagram promoting this gym and it caught my eye immediately (as it was targeting mothers). I been going to pledge for about a month , I am very happy I finally decided to come in to this gym, I have a friend who attends this gym and I always wanted to try it out but was very intimidated . This is a great place of all sorts of levels of experience. If you’re just starting, a seasoned vet, or even have a few lingering injuries. The coaches here at pledge work great with every single individual and are very attentive to your fitness needs. Pledge just recently added a kickboxing class and they’re doing kids classes as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fun but challenging fitness journey.

I want to start off saying how thankful I am that my friend Yvette referred me to this gym! This past month has been a game changer for myself. The insecurities of not knowing what I was doing went out the window with all the help from the coaches! Never once did I feel like I was a burden being a new comer.
