After 4 days if vacation they finally put my chair/umbrella rental in the correct place. They weren’t apologetic or did they offer a discount, even though I called more then once telling them it was in the wrong place. I will never rent from them again, or recommend anyone else to.

I would give no stars if I could. I rented a chair and umbrella for a day on the beach with my grandkids. The employee who delivered it placed the chair/umbrella almost off the beach it was so far back. I called and asked if they could come out and place it closer on the beach. I was told about 2 hours. This was too long to me but I accepted the wait. Well 3 hours later still no one. And on a side note the lounge chairs they rent are so old and worn out and nothing like they look on their website.
