The manager at this establishment decided to tell this girl she had to many rolls to get a bellybutton piercing then when he got called out for it he tried to twist it and lie his way out of it i don’t know very much about piercing places but body shaming isn’t okay and is very very unprofessional and disgusting in that type of workplace i would never recommend this horrible place to anyone!

Hi there Andrew. What was actually said was that her navel creases and would put too much pressure on the jewelry for that to be a viable piercing. Nothing was mentioned about her body type or weight, as none of our staff would ever make comments like that, and we pride ourselves on being inclusive. Took my 7 year old for her to get her ears pierced! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! We felt so comfortable! The place is super clean and all Covid precautions were well in place! Cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Beyond Happy with my experience with Will yesterday. Eased the anxiety and took his time explaining everything ! Did not rush us in and out even with a packed waiting room ! The girls greeted us as soon as we walked in and were so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and never made us feel like they were silly questions either !!! Can not recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return for another piercing and when the time Comes for my daughter too !!!
