Kayla was wonderful! Not only was she sweet & caring about my situation, but she made the whole process super easy and painless. I also love how far they go to ensure everything's a super clean & sterile process. Would recommend.
We took our 6 year old daughter to have her ears pierced yesterday and it was such a wonderful experience for her and for us. Will explained to her step by step what he was doing and he made her feel in control, which was so important to her. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable.. So happy with our choice and our daughter loves her new pierced ears! �

Went in and got my nose pierced in under 20 minutes. Everyone at the desk was super nice and great at answering questions, Kayla was awesome and talks you through everything. Definitely going back for future piercings.
I have not been back here for a few months, but I was recently thinking about my last visit and one thing really stood out; This place is cleaner than any doctors office I have ever been to. They take sterilization very very seriously and it shows. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I have been unbelievably impressed every time. Keep it up! I’ll be back in soon �
