In anticipation of our 40th wedding anniversary, our son took my husband and I to Pleasantry Jewelers to upgrade my wedding ring. James patiently educated my husband about the 4 Cs of diamonds. After that, he and I talked about what I wanted the ring to look like…size of the main stone etc. A couple of days later, James sent me a rendering of the ring and we made an adjustment. Amazing service! They were able to rush make me an engagement exactly as asked for. They were super responsive and very helpful in picking the best stone and setting!
I was devastated when during a CrossFit workout, my engagement rings were crushed by weights--completely bent and broken, and missing stones. I was afraid the rings were beyond repair (especially since they were made by a local jeweler in NY) , but James reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix them. Got my engagement ring and both our wedding bands here and I could not be happier!Christine and James took such great care of us. Ring shopping can be daunting but they made this process exciting and stress-free. They truly took care of us and the quality of service and craftsmanship shows. Highly recommend!
if you need any type of jewlery you can't go wrong with james or his family. we have bought so many chains, diamonds etc from them and they take care of you forever. some other stores in LA may offer cheaper prices but their quality isnt as good, or they will do things like sell you 15k gold as 18k ( actually happened to me). you don't have to worry about that with james he has expensive machines that can show you what you're buying is proper.
