James and his family are always a pleasure to deal with! We brought in quite a bit of scrap jewelry, and James took the time to carefully sort and test everything while explaining the process along the way. He was incredibly thorough, transparent, and knowledgeable. He offered us a very fair price, and we were honestly shocked by how much he offered us.
