I love it so far the the leasing office team is wonderful
Trash ass staff hung up on me after putting them in their place for their misleading information about my appointment and what their floor plan availability is spoke to multiple people giving me Different information and when I brought this up they hung up on me this kind of trash service and and behavior I would not move here told them I am No longer interested Donna and her staff need to do a better Job I get better communication and services at McDonald’s and from dollar store. Their management leasing team are very discriminate for Asian in Pleasanton , We scheduled the walk Thur tour , they responded us very rudeness and won't have time for us , need flies the complaint to housing consumer ，How this California pleasanton town stealing our Asian parents money for studying in this town in the past 14 years , Now thier housing treating us likes this
Property management has thus far been a pleasant one to work with. The agent, Stephanie Bolin, helped make the move-in process a breeze. Communication was clear and Stephanie was very attentive to our questions/concerns. We were moving in 1 week from viewing the apartment/signing. We’re very happy with the process thus far and hope to report back in the future.
