The staff is great! The ladies in the office are so helpful and polite. The maintenance crew keeps the property clean and shows up fast for repairs. The building is well kept inside and out. There’s a nice family vibe here, the neighbors are very welcoming. If you don’t hear kids having fun in the pools then it’s mostly quiet. 10/10
The community is very clean. There is not a dust bunny or spider web or trash in sight. The location is great and the community seems pretty safe! The management and maintenance is extremely responsive, solution driven and fair. Thank you for all that you do!
Pleasanton Glen is an excellent place to live! The central location to Downtown Pleasanton is ideal, and the complex has great amenities. The pools and gym are always clean. The grounds are well kept. The units are spacious for Bay Area living. In addition, the staff is tremendously helpful and will always make sure you're taken care of. They are patient and communicative. After two years at this complex, it was hard to say good-bye.
If you are looking for a place to call home this is the place!! Ask for Alma she was absolutely the best person to work with through this process and a true Godsend!!
