We lived at Pleasanton glen for almost 6 years and have nothing but great things to say. The management staff is very responsive and helpful. Especially Karen, the property manager. She has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Also, if something needs fixed, it is done so very promptly. Everything is updated and modern, and the community itself is very peaceful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I've lived at Pleasanton Glen for a little over a month now. The management, office staff and maintenance crew have been amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I want to especially thank Alma. She's made the whole experience from my initial tour, through the leasing process to move-in so easy! I'm thoroughly enjoying living here so far!
The management here is wonderful and if something isn’t perfect they make sure they are making it right! Well kept apartments and well kept grounds!
I’ve lived here for 10 years, and I absolutely love it. Anytime there’s an issue, the management and maintenance team respond right away. The neighborhood feels super safe, and there’s a large, peaceful park right in front, perfect for dog walks. Plus, Pleasanton’s downtown is just a short walk away, so I love strolling through the farmers’ market on Saturdays.
I don’t usually write Google reviews, especially for apartment complexes, but after living here for a month, I felt I had to share my experience. Moving from out of state was stressful, but the staff here made the entire process much easier. Janice, Alma, and Karen were incredibly responsive and did their best to accommodate everything during my move and settling in. The security and safety of the complex are excellent.
