Well, owners have come by several times checking on things. They are on an improvement direction that is really making this place a more desirable place to live. New carports that are all solar panels to help them save money and be more cost effective. They have put in A/C and heater units in apartments. No more swamp coolers or gas wall heater. I gave a four star rating that as they continue to make changes I will improve my rating.

Terrible management, cockroaches, trash everywhere, gang activity.. And can't keep a manager- Last one quit on her 1st day. Yep, This place is that Horrible.
