RecommendedLoving and caring staff and Veterinarian. Always accommodating, very knowledgeable, affordable and upfront. I trust them with my pets lives - an honor I don't give just anybody. I have always found the go above and beyond!
The prices are cheaper than any vet around this area. BUT! The staff seem standoffish and don't care. I have actually asked a few questions and no one answered me. I asked again and got ignored. Kind of do their thing and push the owner aside. I would like to be acknowledged and have any questions answered. Not very people friendly lol but take my pets here to get shots since it's the cheapest place. Just don't expect to be talked to or be told what they are going to do �
We took our doberman Sosha there they went above and beyond to give her every chance to get better,in the end we had to let her go the staff and Veterinarian were wonderful.
Friendly staff, patient, and would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
I love Pleasant View..Great Drs. Great help.Respectable..No problems..Even when you meet Dr. Gilbert out in public he speaks to you oranswers a question..Not like the others around here who act like they are better than the ones who feed them...Us..the consumers!!
Dr Gilbert and everyone in this establishment are babbling idiots. Just cares about money not about our precious animals. Don't take your pets here if you love them at all. I wholeheartedly hope that everyone in this place gets what they deserve. I will be letting ALL my animal friends not to take their pets here.
Staff was rude, I came here to have my cat declawed and fixed, picked him up the next day covered in flees. Not happy. Not taking him back there either. I hear great things about stone hill vet. I'll be taking him there. And to the lovely woman that had a piss poor attitude, you have one less customer to worry about I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. �
