you pinned my dog down with no sedative today. she was scared and in pain. i stopped you to give her a sedative so that she wasn't so scared. you should sedate all animals so they can go peacefully. no paw print for us to remember her by. very uncompassionate. i am devastated at how you treated her during her final moments. she was a part of our family and a hard decision for us and you made it a horrible experience for us. SEDATE BEFORE YOU EUTHANIZE SO NO ONE ELSE HAS TO FEEL LIKE WE DO RIGHT NOW.
very knowledgeable, professional staff and doctors that cover animals large and small! They treat my difficult cat without first anesthetizing him which all the other vets prior have done - 5 stars ....
they helped us figure out our 10-year old pit bulls problem she has congestive heart failure enlarged liver and spleen the only problem I have with them is if they only give her a month supply of Lasix now she still around she was supposed to be gone by April but I'm having a problem with her breathing and everything I just wish that doctor Gilbert would give her more Lasix the medicine for ear infections didn't work and we're continuing the problem of ear infection and the smell is terrible I'm doing what I can to clean it ... read more
I've been taking animals to Dr. Gilbert for years. Today I feel he went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it! I have always recommended Pleasant View and will continue to do so.
