The vets are very knowledgeable and the staff is very friendly. They have taken very good care of my dog and it is very apparent that they really care. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends.
I appreciate the wonderful care our pets receive at Pleasant Valley Vet Clinic. Dr Koonce and Dr Allison are very thorough in the examination of our dogs. They take time to make sure our animals stay healthy and properly cared for. Another plus is the staff. They are friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I highly recommend Pleasant Valley. A++++

My experience at Pleasant Valley Vet Clinic has been outstanding! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Koonce and Dr. Allison have helped us with all three of our pets. They go above and beyond weather making the correct diagnosis or giving advice on behavioral issues. Recently our cat was peeing in the house and I could not figure why she started doing that all of the sudden. After they ruled out a medical problem. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of our 4-legged child! The love Dr. Brent and Allison Koonce has for their profession is undeniable once you see them interact with your animal. They are professional and thorough and make sure you have all the knowledge you need to care for your pet when you leave their clinic. Top notch!
