I've taken my dog Lucky to Pleasant Valley twice, and both times the care was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The first visit was when I first adopted Lucky from a shelter. The vet was very nice and answered all my questions. Then last week I had an emergency with Lucky. I called the clinic in a panic, then rushed right over. They took Lucky in immediately and took care of the problem right away. Again, everyone was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this clinic.
These are the greatest people I have ever met! The way they help animals is amazing!

Love this clinic and both Dr. Koonces. The entire staff there is so helpful! The prices are reasonable and they care about your pet!
