horrible place to live and even worse people to rent or buy from. they refuse to answer phones or fix things then charge obnoxious amounts upon moving out. if you dare to rent here please make sure you take many, many pictures before moving in and out. make sure to get signed documentation for ANYTHING and everything. take my word for it because I wish we would have instead of putting trust into this place. these people are scam artists! we are currently in the process of going to civil court with PV. they do nothing about t... read more
