While living in this trailer we saw many pitbull roaming the park and chasing children. When animal control was called the park harassed the tenants that called. The plumbing does not work if you own a mobile home. They sell you a trailer then manipulate the utilities to force you out. If you have children I suggest you do not choose to live in this park.

great place to live..kids love the pool, playground and new basketball court!..
Make people follow the rules that are set in the leases we sign every year. Don't threaten with notices unless you intend to follow up on them.
A well managed, nicely kept property which is kid and pet friendly. A swimming pool, basketball court, playground, game room. and blocks from a golf course. A lot of bang for your buck.

Good community with stuff for the kids like swimming, park and basketball. Also community rummage sales and other activities. Been here a few months and so far so good.

As we have commented on your other postings, we do not have record of you being a leaseholder here at Pleasant Valley, but we still are more than willing to discuss and address with you any issues you are having. We do encourage residents to call the police and report it to the office if any criminal activity is observed.
Carlos doesn't know what he's talking about. Sure kids are playing outside, shouldn't they? They're safe here. Cars cannot speed down the streets because of the numerous speed bumps in place. I'm not saying it's the perfect mobile home community out there, but I have seen alot worse. A pool, a playground and basketball courts for the kids to play. If you're a loner, or a bah-humbug kinda person, this community is not for you It's a friendly, family orientated community. What you would be looking for is a retirement home, lol
Place has gone to shit....speeding cars flying down the streets....kids running around Un supervise....teens taking over the play area...not allowing the little ones to play....no one ever in the office.....even their own trucks don't stop at stop signs. what once was a family park....I'd bring a gun now

Our pool monitors have been working for us for over 5 years and have always done a fantastic job.
