Good community with stuff for the kids like swimming, park and basketball. Also community rummage sales and other activities. Been here a few months and so far so good.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I truly love it I do love the school district I love how quiet it is, The management is extremely nice there attentive to what you need. My only complaint is living right by the basketball court, there's times where these people that come very late at night and the sound of a bouncing ball through my thin walls is kind of annoying I only wish that there was a time frame that the court is open. Carlos doesn't know what he's talking about. Sure kids are playing outside, shouldn't they? They're safe here. Cars cannot speed down the streets because of the numerous speed bumps in place. I'm not saying it's the perfect mobile home community out there, but I have seen alot worse. A pool, a playground and basketball courts for the kids to play. If you're a loner, or a bah-humbug kinda person, this community is not for you It's a friendly, family orientated community. What you would be looking for is a retirement home, lol

The management has always been very nice and helpful. They are doing a great job cleaning the place up!
