So far I can honestly say Jessica in the front office has been great, very friendly, courteous and helpful. Nice community. Since they have changed management all intentions seem to be very positive.

DO NOT RENT from these people, they are terrible landlords who charge unbelievable late charges...a $200 rent can go up two $300 in just a week. They also raise rent constantly with no added services and find new reasons to add extra charges all the time. They are unreasonable and unwilling to work with you. All they are is a corporate, money-hungry company...rent at your own risk
