I was hired by MVesting’s owners, Jason Miller and Cory Sauvageau, and could only handle working for them for about a month and a half. In my experience, they run their parks in ways I found highly unethical and disturbing. They attempted to remove us from our home, but the court ruled in our favor. They turned my gas off prementally without notice to me. Then wanted me to turn my gas on under another address other than what was on my lease. They have horrible management turnover and nothing gets fixed. They have also retaliated against me over the gas situation by charging me more than anyone else on lot rent. Would not recommend.
I would strongly urge anyone thinking of living here to just be hyper aware and make sure that everything is in writing and do a thorough check in with lots of pictures and video. They will charge you whatever they think they can get away with. Make sure that the one year lease that was advertised that you think you signed is just that, because it will magically change to a two year lease once you’ve signed the paperwork. I would caution any one thinking of renting from this company. Their dishonest practices are something I’ve never witnessed before in my entire life. Talk to literally any tenant in the park or at their other park River Road Community before you put plan to live in either park.
