Wouldn't recommend living here maintenance will go in and out of apartments with out permission so you should have a home camera
I've lived here for almost 2 years now and the bathroom ceiling AND pipes have not been replaced as I was told they would be for almost 2 years now!! I've complained constantly about it, and the last maintenance guy who went upstairs and simply caulked around her tub said "I usually charge for this" My neighbor upstairs runs water from their bathroom and I would've had 3 large holes in the bathroom if not for Bruce taking the time to seal at least one of them. I'm sick of taking baths and having to place a bucket near my tub... read more
I actually like these apartments they are small but i like living here i didnt have any problem since i moved in here except for laundry that machines are old . Other than that love it . Update : Its been a month since i put the maintenance request for my cabinet/and other stuff landlord did not send bruce to fix up my stuff more than a month i am going to have guests over this friday or next monday this is ridiculous she told me Last week bruce will come next weeek to fix it now she told me he is on vacation like seriously ... read more
Katrina A knows her stuff! We are looking to move in next summer and she has been very helpful, answered all of our questions and is always with a smile! Can't wait to keep working with her and get all settled in.
Katrina was great to tour with. She made me laugh and I felt so at home! I’m going to submit an application in the summer for sure! Beautiful property!
