The Coolest Gift Baskets Ever! I was closing a deal with my very best client and contacted Pleasant Surprises to send a thank you gift. Boy, was I glad I did! This company really thinks outside the basket and they have all these free personalization services that made my gift amazing. For example, they printed my company logo right on the ribbon. Pleasant Surprises We had Pleasant Surprises send a gift basket to a VIP client. The client was so excited by the basket and its contents that she called us to give a personal thank you. That's a first! We had reason to send the same VIP client yet another basket. Without any special requests, Dan recognized her name and customized her gift basket so that she received a completely different gift basket. Now that's customer service! Dan made us look good and Pleasant Surprises lives up to their name.
Amazing!! I had a very important client in town and wanted to have a wine gift basket delivered to his hotel room in downtown San Diego. Did a Google search and found Pleasant Surprises.
