The staff is amazing and so helpful! The property is very well maintained and beautiful!
This is the best renting experience I’ve had since my husband and I moved to Little Rock! Maria the manager is great! Her and all of the staff are very proactive at getting things done. They show compassion to their tenants. You aren’t just another person that occasionally walks in the office. They know everyone by name and always have a warm greeting at the door. Parking is atrocious for tenants. I have been here not even a month and 3 times had to complain about UNCONCERNED RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS parking in my assigned parking space. I've complained to Property management and to no avail. I've spoken with the courtesy officer twice and to no avail. I work 8 to 10 hours a day to pay nearly $700 a month; only to come home and have nowhere to park and have to sit in my car for hours because someone is in my space.
