If you go for a tour asked to see one of the real apartments you may be renting. It will be nothing like the model they show you. Rented this for college girls and they were so excited. It turned out to be a bug infested nightmare.

I enjoy living at Pleasant Point, The staff are friendly and very helpful in any situation that I may encounter. Also the maintenance crew repair in a timely manner.I am Disabled and everyone goes beyond with helping me !!! Thank's to Everybody.

Cassidy Holly and the rest of the office crew have been very professional and nice to me. They have went above & beyond to see to it I've been satisfied this first month in my first apartment!!!! It's been very peaceful and quiet out here. 10 out of 10 for me!! ����

I love the layouts and floor plans. They made it easy to move, everything available is to make your living arrangements pleasant! The environment is clean, quiet, and most of all friendly! I would recommend anyone to move there!
I love these apartments they are home comfortable living space they will come out and fix anything that you need to fix I want to give a special thanks to Holly and Cassidy they are great people to work with they have great personalities so I will put these apartment as number one property to come to live at if you need someone to stay
All I can say is this is my absolute last apt I will ever rent!!!!!! Outside of the random leaks that take forever to be fixed, every damn month there's a new damn charge on my bill!!!! No one s helpful! No one is understanding! No one cares!!!!! N no one working there should have a job!!! Fuck!!!!! Beside the 1 older black maintenance guy who seems to b a one man army!
