Jacob Clausen was our condominium complex’s manager. Nice enough guy but our landscaping died a slow death under him. I think he would benefit from better organizational skills and systems built around better, and closed loop, communication. It took dozens of emails to communicate and he still didn’t deliver.
We could not be happier with the landscaping improvements, attention to details, prompt response for special requests and weekly check-ins between Brian Ehret with Pleasant Places and out HOA!
