Since MBG has become involved and now owns Pleasant Place I am grateful and happy! Beth, the property manager is such an asset and the best improvement of all! Her empathy, compassion and impeccable knowledge is stellar! You couldn't have done better than her! I feel heard and not just an apartment number like before with common bond! This is my forever home now! Thank you so much. You are all going above and beyond!

Edit: three years later and it's gotten worse. Common bond has decided to not employ a manager so it's now filthy, the laundry room is unusable, and the building creep continues to loiter in the hallway all day. I don't recommend living here. It's neither clean or safe. I don't recommend this place if you're a vulnerable woman. One of the tenants has keys to m much of the building and harasses most women who lives here. My mother has been in hospital for nearly a month. The building manager Dawn decides to change her door lock because someone was stopping by to feed her cat. That's the saddest thing. Dawn and other residents make up rumors and gossip about my mother as well. They have been harassing my mom for years...tragic what people will do to another person for no reason at all. Since my mother is in hospital changing her lock was the only way to continue the harrasment....sad indeed

It has it ups/downs. But it's safe environment.
