Tried making an appointment for my two year old daughter after she almost died and we had to call the ambulance the night before only for them to tell me she has been discharged as a patient. They claim that I refused to vaccinate her when they told me she did not need anymore shots until she was 4 years old. Called to make an appointment and apparently I have been discharged because I apparently threw a clipboard. My kids and I moved over here after our family pediatrician of 15 yrs closed her practice. I've never had such rude and unorganized behavior. To add to this, I have never in my life or will ever do any such thing to someone.

I was waiting out side the clinic for an half hour and still the staff was there. On website it say open at 7.30 am but I call them on phone and they told me open at 8 am. Staff on the desk saw me outside and didn’t told me anything. So I call them in their website number.

Brought my newborn son here to this location for a circumcision and the experience was awful. They made us wait almost 45 minutes after the scheduled time of the procedure to get started knowing that my kid hadn’t eaten since 10am because of this procedure. When my boyfriend went up to ask what the hold up was, the receptionist said “oh they haven’t taken you back? I’m so sorry I didn’t know” and continued you type on the computer like it was nothing.
