I’m very disappointed with the care my daughter received from Kierstin Saldana PA-C. She was taken in on Thursday morning this past week due to fevers. The doctor told us that nothing was wrong and sent her home. Only hours later, my daughter was still running high fevers and my mother instinct didn’t feel right to take the response “that she had nothing” as an answer so I took her to the emergency room. Majority of the staff is RUDE! No one takes accountability for patients/parents enduring appointments being cancelled for no reason, being hung up on, not receiving a call that documents are ready. The list goes on! If you don’t like to assist others why are you working in healthcare?!! Make it make sense!
