I came in with my sister and nephew a few weeks ago and waited in the lobby. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcomed. The front office staff was so personable with the parents and loving with the kids. I could also hear how pleasant and helpful she was on the phone (I believe her name was Missy).
