Great staff and very friendly
Used to be a good office. Has definitely gone down hill recently. I had 3 kids going here and the last couple visits it became evident that they are all about requiring a visit and then not really doing anything beyond taking vitals. Couldn't even get the office to send a 90 day prescription because insurance requires it. Despite me and the pharmacy calling to request an updated prescription for 90 day supply of regular medication, they still failed to take care of it. I hope others are having better luck than we did. fantastic care. fantastic medical professionals. they saw my 5 and 3 year old and made their visit so enjoyable. even after getting flu vaccines they said that this was the best doctors office.
Staff took an hour to see us after being scheduled only to be told they couldn’t do anything
Very disappointed with how my 4-year-old’s flu shot visit was handled. She fainted right after the shot, yet I was asked to leave her crying in the room while nurse was checking her blood pressure to make a new appointment and pay $120 at the front desk. This should have been handled with more compassion and basic care.
