This place is a joke I’ve been bringing my son since he was born here he is turning two years old as well as my other three children my oldest being 12 years old and recently I was told they could not continue to see my kids unless I agreed to vaccinate my youngest. He has his first vaccines and I decided not to continue with vaccinations and now they refuse to see me and my kids unless I agree to allow them to continue vaccinations. They were not helpful at all. Turned us down right away.
We had our annual check up for our four year old today and were ecstatic with the quality of care and kindness we experienced with the nurse and doctor. We have been going here for years and have generally had a good experience, but Dr Osborne is outstanding in particular. We feel lucky to have such goodhearted and knowledgeable people as our kids' pediatricians.
Dr Grassl is amazing. The MA Jesus is so kind and good with kids. The front desk staff is very nice and accommodating. Sometimes we have to wait but they do everything they can to be accommodating and helpful.
