Last Thursday, my girls had an appointment at the Glendale location, and we were immediately greeted by the front desk staff member, Misty. She was so friendly and helpful—it definitely made my day. Today, I got to meet Dr. Steven Lu, and I absolutely liked him. He was on top of everything and got us the referrals we needed to get my daughter the treatment she needs.
Appointment scheduler was very rude I was told they were not an urgent care
I had a very disappointing experience at Pleasant Pediatrics during my son’s well check appointment. When we were brought into the exam room, it was visibly dirty. There were food crumbs on the chairs and floor, and the trash can was overflowing to the point that it was almost falling out. For a medical office, especially a pediatric one, this is completely unacceptable. It got worse during the visit.
