Toby had his first visit today and I must say we absolutely loved it there. Toby was treated with lots of love, cheese & they even had a toy for him to borrow as we waited. Everyone was so kind and caring. Thanks!!
Made our first visit to Pleasant Paws today. Wow. Dr. Hedges and staff are wonderful. They were caring, efficient and so helpful. They took as much time to answer questions as we needed. They did everything they could to reduce Otis' stress level. We received email updates about blood work within hours, a reminder about a follow up appt., and full reports about his blood work and overall health. I was extremely impressed by the way me and my dog were treated at this location. My girl is slightly fearful of other dogs so they were careful not to force her in a room where other dogs were located. They were show with her and did not force her into anything she didn't want to. They took the time to answer my many questions without making me feel rushed. It was such a delight to not be pushed in and out as quick as possible. Would recommend them to anyone after just my first visit!
I was referred to this vet when my dog started deteriorating due to his age. We did hospice care for a few months and eventually had to put him down. I can not say enough about Dr. Hedges, Erin and the rest of the staff. You are amazing and compassionate people. Thank you for all of your help during this difficult time.
Sadly I came here to have my sweet baby Cozmo put out of pain. However I am so happy I chose here. The staff and doc were amazing. They made this horrific experience so much less painful. They had a cozy room all ready for us complete with a bed on the floor for him. It was a very peaceful room. Much like one at your home. Not a scary exam room.
