My cat hurt her leg this morning and my normal vet couldn't get her in. I Called Pleasant Paws and they not only got us in right away but I'm pretty sure saw us during their lunch hour because they were worried about her and wanted to make sure she was okay. The staff was amazingly friendly and so kind and gentle towards my cat. We have found our new vet for all 3 of our animals!
We are always impressed with Dr. Hedges and her staff, and today was even more proof that they are amazing! We were worried that our foster pup, Caesar, had pulled his stitches out after a major surgery. Dr. Hedges and her staff waited after closing time for us to get there so she could assess him. Truly awesome people! It's so evident they love animals!!! ���
Love the staff and they are always so friendly and loving with all the pets I take there!
I started using PPVC this week and I will most definitely be back. My oldest cat Tigger had cancer and was sick. Dr. Brooks and tech Courtney were very compassionate and made Tigger's passing easier to deal with. I will continue to use them for my two cats.
