Monica the manager exudes kindness and class. Finding a property manager such as herself is next to impossible. The new owner and maintenance are working with contractors etc to get the property in good working order vs the previous owner. Their rent increases are fair and the residents all look out for one another. I have found peace at Bridge Haven apts since leaving California. It suits my disabilities by living in a peaceful location. Amen
Manager Monica is the best!! She genuinely cares about her residents, and it shows!! The move in process is streamlined and hassle free. The neighbors are kind and welcoming! Maintenance is on top of repairs, etc I know I will be at peace here. Amen
They look very nice
I like staying in Pleasant Oaks I have been living here for almost 6 months and it's very comfortable and it's accessible to all the restaurants and hospitals and the management is Hands-On
