We have loved our experience with this dental office. Our toddler has been there quite a few times and they are always patient, kind, and professional.
Staff and doctor Stephanie is awesome it’s been 7th year for us going to this place .
I would like to update on my experience here. After they merged with the other dental office they became extremely busy and my daughter would have to wait almost an hour after a teeth cleaning to see the dentist. They apologized but it didn’t change the outcome. Lastly, it seems odd that Dr Jackson would refer everyone to her husband for orthodontic work. Went for a new patient appointment this week with a very anxious 10 year old. Miss Nicole was extremely patient and caring. She stayed completely calm and did what she could to build a rapport, but did not get offended when he didn't engage. She even requested we have her next time. ❤️ I appreciated her care so much. Dr. Stephanie is wonderful as well! Thank you!
Sharon is amazing! She cleaned my 3.5 year old’s teeth this morning and was so patient. She explained what was happening every step of the way, and my daughter stayed calm and cooperative. Dr. Kaitlyn was also excellent. We have been with the practice for a while and have always been happy (first Jackson Pediatric Dentistry, then Pleasant Mill). Our experience with Sharon today was so excellent that I had to leave a review.
