Never book with this company. We paid for a premium room and got Jr suite. Then they said they called our resort in Jamaica but there were no more premium rooms available but they were still selling those rooms on their site. Will never book with them again
Time to plan our 2017 vacation and don't know if I want to trust Pleasant Holidays again after last years trip to Cancun. We will be going back to Cancun again this year and probably will go thru AAA, but not sure about using Pleasant Holidays. Last year booked 9 days at the RIU Los Americas and paid for non-stop flight to and from Cancun from LAX, and wound up with a stop in Atlanta adding 7 hours to our travel.
