This clinic has extremely poor communication and unethical billing practices. Their phone number is never reachable, and to this day I have received no explanation for why I was charged a high additional fee for a vaccine injection, even though they were fully aware that my visit was supposed to be a free physical examination. What makes this even worse is that after I was forced to pay the bill, they continued to send me the same bill repeatedly, again and again, as if the payment never happened. Keep all receipts from this hospital for many years. A bill you’ve already paid will resurface a few years later. Don’t pay it again—take your receipt and dispute it.

Doctors are really good but the front desk aren’t efficiently enough. We have to call several times to get refill approved, pharmacy call them as well to get them approved but they never answer even if we left voicemail. If this place has more patients they need to hire more personnel to give a better service. Definitely we are going to move to other medical office. We are 5 people going to this office and the customer service is getting worse over time.

Like all the other reviews, Front-desk was not in any way helpful and so is the “billing department”. Money-hungry and charged me two different times for a physical…won’t be returning!
