Very thorough and knowledgable. I did have to wait 20 or so minutes, but when it was my turn, I had the full attention of the dental assistant. As far as I can tell so far, they were not trying to sell me on things that I didn't need.

I'm a long time patient of PFD - over fifteen years. This week I had my first appointment with Dr. Callison. How can you write a great review about a root canal? It is quite easy to do when you have been in her care! Compassionate and awesome are the first two words that come to mind when describing Dr. Callison. She is a tremendous addition to the team at Pleasant Family Dentistry and she and Ashley have my thanks for the wonderful care that they provided to me on yesterday!

My experience was exceptional as usual. My Cleaning Appointment was at 5:00 and i got might in. My second appointment to see Dr. Johnson was at 6:00 and they took me early. Everyone was polite and courteous. I love the evening hours as I still work full time. Now, if they could make all their equipment silent or at least less shrill, I would be overjoyed. Thanks again for 25 years with you.

As always - the efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of PFD staff from being greeted when you walk through the front door being taken back to the dental area, is outstanding. Mt. Pleasant has a sure thing in PFD and hope it continues for a very long time.

I am from Maryland and was visiting South Carolina to see if it was somewhere my husband and I might want to retire. I had a dental emergency and friends of ours that are your patients, referred me to you. Your practice was amazing. Everyone was so professional, friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The office was so clean and comfortable. They were able to see me right away, and even though it was a weekend! If we do move to SC, Pleasant Family Dentistry will definitely be my dentist! The cleaning was excellent, as was my dental technician. Have just marked it a 4 because I thought I had booked with same technician as last time. Was surprised to get a new one. And she's moving!
